Yes, you can but we strongly advise against this. For what little extra the security packages cost, why risk your site/blog being hacked after spending money to improve your search engine rankings via our SEO package?
All of our monthly fees are non-refundable. This is because during the first few months of any of our plans, our outlay is greater then the plan’s monthly fee.
All of our fees are non-refundable. However, at our sole discretion, we may refund partially or fully the unused element of an annual payment. Our decision could be influenced (inter-alia) by factors such as how long you have been our client, whether or not you are a client of any of our associated businesses, how many months of an annual payment have been used etc.
Quite simply, we take your annual fee and deduct from that the number of months used, calculated at the monthly rate for the appropriate package. For example, if you were to subscribe to an annual Starter package costing $470 for the year, and then cancel your subscription after three months, your refund would be calculated as:
Amount paid $470 less three months at $47 ($141)leaving a refund value of $329.
Up to three small fixes are allowed each month.
No, we regret that unused small fixes cannot be carried forward from one month to the next.
No, we regret that unused development time cannot be carried forward from one month to the next.
No, you are allowed two hits. so, for example, you could ask us to do 20 minutes’ work one day and then 40 minutes’ work a week later.
