Can I subscribe to your SEO service alone – i.e. no security package?

Yes, you can but we strongly advise against this. For what little extra the security packages cost, why risk your site/blog being hacked after spending money to improve your search engine rankings via our SEO package?

Since signing up for your monthly services, my circumstances have changed. Can I get a refund?

All of our monthly fees are non-refundable. This is because during the first few months of any of our plans, our outlay is greater then the plan’s monthly fee.

Since signing up for your annual services, my circumstances have changed. Can I get a refund?

All of our fees are non-refundable. However, at our sole discretion, we may refund partially or fully the unused element of an annual payment. Our decision could be influenced (inter-alia) by factors such as how long you have been our client, whether or not you are a client of any of our associated businesses, how many months of an annual payment have been used etc.

If you agree to refund part of an annual payment, how do you calculate the amount to be refunded?

Quite simply, we take your annual fee and deduct from that the number of months used, calculated at the monthly rate for the appropriate package.  For example, if you were to subscribe to an annual Starter package costing $470 for the year, and then cancel your subscription after three months, your refund would be calculated as:

Amount paid $470 less three months at $47 ($141)leaving a refund value of $329.
